Chief selector of PCB
On Saturday, Shahid Afridi was appointed interim chief selector for the Pakistan men’s team. Afridi will lead an interim selection committee that includes former players Abdul Razzak, Rao Iftikar Ahmed and Harun Rashid.
For now, the committee will select teams only for the home series against New Zealand, which includes two Tests and three ODIs and starts on Monday.
